引进和消化国外先进技术提高大型油罐设计施工水平

- 本文结合从日本新日铁公司引进的两台10万 m3单盘式浮顶油罐的设计施工,介绍了日本在油罐的设计、施工等方面的特点,也谈了我国工程技术人员的认识和体会。这两台油罐的设计和施工完全按照日本消防法及 JI SB8501规范的要求进行。日本在油罐的抗震计算及结构设计等方面有许多独到之处,值得我们学习。但是我国也有自己的长处,如在风力稳定计算及浮顶计算方面均较成熟,甚至比日本方法还完善。总之,通过这次合作,我国工程技术人员摸索出了一些经验,为我国今后自行设计和建造具有世界先进水平的大型油罐奠定了基础。
Based on the designing and building of 100,000m3 float roof tank with single deckintroduced from Nippon Steel Corporation, the characters of designing and building oiltank are introduced. The understanding and experiences of Chinese technicians are alsotalked about .The designing and building of two oil tanks completly followed the ruleof fire fighting of Japan and JISB8501.A lot of calculating method for anti一seismicand structure design of oil tanks adopted by Japan should be learned by us.But t hecalculating method about stability of wind force and float roof are more mature thanthose of Japan, General speaking, through this team-work our technicians have learned a lot of experiences of designing, prefabricating, welding, installating and inspection ect.T he basis of designing and building large oil tank that have international level has been laid.1987,2(2): 12-17,35参考文献:
