- 液态乙烯一般可分为高压(2MPa~2.9MPa)低温(-29~-31℃)储存及低压(0.07MPa)超低温(-104℃)储存。根据这两种不同的储存条件选择不同的建罐材料很有经济价值。目前,国外已有这方面设计选材的标准规范。9%Ni 钢强度高,在低温条件下有良好的韧性,国外用于建造超低温(<-104℃)储罐,已有了不少成功经验,国内尚在摸索阶段。国内现役的乙烯球罐一部分是用9%Ni 钢制造的,另一部分则是用490MPa 级低温高强钢,均在高压低温条件下运行,从运行情况和开罐检查的结果来看,对于储存高压低温的液态乙烯球罐,采用优质低温高强钢比较经济合理,而用9%Ni 钢就有些浪费了。
There are two conditions in building ethylene spherical tank of high pressure (2MPa~2.9MPa)、low tem perature(-29 ~-31℃)and low pressure (0.07MPa)、ultra-lowtemperature(-104℃).It has more economical benefit to choose materials of buildingtank according to two kinds of different storage conditions。A t present,there are sta-ndard specifications abroad about designing materials choosing of tank .T he g%Ni steelhas high strength and good ductility at low temperature for building ultra-low tempera-ture tank(-104℃) aborad .O ur country is trying to find s uch experiences.Some ethy-lene spherical tanks were made with g%Ni steel,and others were made with 490MPalow一temperature, high strength steel in our country .Now both of them are running veryw ell at low tem perature, high pressure conditions.In the light of running state and ins-pecting the inside surface of the tank, it is more economy and rational to build highpressure and low temperature liquid ethylene spherical tank with high grade、low tem-perature and high strength steel .Otherwise, it is more waste to build the tank withN i steel1987,2(2): 1-11
