旧装置扩建中采用静压桩

- 上海炼油厂在厂区内扩建常减压装置时,考虑该装置座落在回填土冷却湖上的地质概况及静压桩具有振动和噪音较小特点,不影响邻近装置的安全。在1972年扩建施工中采用了静压桩的方法,其采用的静力压桩设备 Dig—80型,最大轴向静压力为800kN。文章介绍了该法施工中的基础设计与桩承载力的确定;采用静力压桩的构筑物基础,经9~12年的基础沉降观测,看出基础最大沉降为14.85cm(减压塔2),最小沉降为5.1cm(冷换框架),实测圆筒炉基础倾斜为2.5‰,减压塔1为1.86‰,倾斜小于规定。经过实践验证,设备使用完全正常,静力压桩不仅对本装置的构筑物无影响,对邻近构筑物也无影响。工程费用比打入桩节省混凝土26%、钢材40%,降低工程造价25%。笔者认为有条件的地方,可以推广使用静压桩。
This article introduces the basic design and determination of pile bearing capacity. T he maximum sinking of the foundation of No.2 tower is 14.85cm.The minimum sinking of the foundation of cold exchange frame is 5.1 cm .The foundation of cylindrical furnace inclines by 2.5 per cent,the vacuum tower inclines by 1.86 per cent Both value are below the spe-cified ones. Now such units are running normally.Usi ng T he m ethod of static pressure pi1e don't infleunce not only on the structure of units itself but also on the neighbour structures The method can save 26 percent of concrete .40 per cent of steel25 per cent of enginee-ring coat as comuared with the ,method of driving pile.
