- 荧光磁粉探伤是焊缝表面探伤的重要方法之一,它具有观察直观,显示清晰,灵敏度高,操作简便,耗费低廉等特点。但是荧光磁粉探伤在国内球罐制造、安装中应用不甚广泛。石油部第一工程公司根据探伤工艺的要求,对由日本新日本制铁(株)和石井铁工所(株)引进,球壳由66块板拼装而成,焊缝总长720m 的北京5000m3液化气球罐的内外焊缝表面进行200%磁粉探伤。本文对该探伤的方法及在实际探伤中的体会作了介绍,供同行参考。
