- 我国从六十年代,建立流化催化裂化装置以来,“旋风分离器耐磨衬里”问题,一直受到各界人士的关注,因为衬里的工艺性能,直接影响旋风分离器的使用寿命和装置的运转周期。作者统计了全国八套催化裂化装置58次停工中,属于旋风分离器磨损,以致催化剂大量跑损而被迫停工的达15次,占1/4强。文中还回顾了耐磨衬里材料,由磷酸铝—矾土衬里到磷酸铝—刚玉衬里的发展过程,并对两者的主要工艺性能和经济价值进行比较。本文重点介绍了磷酸铝—刚玉衬里的工艺性能和结构;衬里用材料;衬里的配料与施工。
