钢管防腐保温“多层结构”连续成型工艺

- “多层结构”复合管就是钢管外表面的第一层是底胶、第二层是防腐夹克层、第三层是泡沫保温层、第四层是防水夹克层。它是石油管适塑料防腐保温新技术、新产品。“多层结构”连续成型工艺是两层夹克和一层泡沫在一条作业上连续完成的,因此本工艺具有效率高、投资少,劳动强度低,污染小的特点。它适用于φ219 mm 以下的小口径钢管;特别是在强腐蚀地区更为适用。笔者认为本工艺是有发展前途的,但也存在着在成型过程中,局部产生气孔;内防腐采用聚乙烯造价高;有泡沫检测仪器的不足。需要进一步研究探讨。
Multi-ayer Structure ”is a new technology for coating and insulating oil pipeline w ith plastic, It includes 4 layers: baseadhesive.anticorrosion jacket,foam insulation layer, waterproof jacket。2 jackets and 1 foam layer can be continuously completed in one production line. so the mul-ti-ayer structure"process has more advantages:high efficiency cost saving,less consum ption of labour farce and less pollution .This production line can suit for producing small diameter pipe below φ219m m, especially the”m ulti-layer structure'pipecan be used in severe cor-r usi ve a rea The author considers the process has good developing future But the disadvantages of the process are:producing blowholes in local places of coating layer during forming the co cost of PE used for coating inner surface of pipe are more expensive and have not any foaming detector at pr esent The reaearch shuuld比carried uut Further.1987,1(1): 15-20
