- 本文叙述了化学交联聚乙烯热收缩补口带的制作工艺、热收缩原理、性能及应用情况。化学交联聚乙烯系硅烷水解交联技术,用普遍的挤出设备制取硅烷接枝聚乙烯,再经水解而得到交联聚乙烯。热收缩补口带是利用其受力变形、解除应力即恢复其原形的性能制作的,具有成型加工好,设备投资小,不需特殊设备的优点。
The manufacture process principles of heat-shrinking properties and application of polyethylene heat shrinking tape with chemical cross-linking are in this article The chemical cross-linking polyethylene is made with the silane hydr-olyzate technology,that is,the silane graft polyethylene is extruded from common extruder and through hydrolyzating cross-linking polyethylene is formed.Utilizing its properties of deforming under forced condition and restoring oringinal shape after reliving stress,the heat-shrinking tapes are made the process has the advantages of good shape forming,lower cost of equipment and no special equipment.1988,4(4): 37-40作者简介:作者生于1946年,1970年毕业于哈尔滨建筑工程学院。现任油建研究所副所长、防腐高级工程师。“管线浇注聚氨醋泡沫塑料防腐保温生产线”获石油部1979年科技成果二等奖。参考文献:
