- 本文总结了中石化四公司承担的渤海理北油田的五座平台钢桩的焊接经验。平台钢桩的焊缝全部采用手工电弧焊封底,埋弧自动焊多层多道焊接法焊接。其质量标准均达到埕北油田开发株式会社的技术要求。为我国海上石油钻井平台钢桩的建造摸索出一整套制造经验。
The welding experiences about steel piles of 5 drilling platforms by the Fourth Petro-chemical CO.of China in Chengbei Oil Field of the Bohai Sea are introduced in this article. All welded joints of steel piles of platorm were completed by manual sealing run and,multi-layer,mufti-pass weldings were applied with automatic submerged :The welding quality met the technical requirements ofThe ChengBei Oil Field Developing Corporation of Japan.
