高压炉管对接焊缝超声波探伤

- 本文参照国内外有关标准、文献,将JB 1152-81标准中的CSK-IA与CSK-ⅡA两个试块合为一体,设计了S试块(基准试块);同时根据小口径炉管对接焊缝超声波探伤的具体情况,制定了以检测根部未焊透为主要途径的探伤方法,即用R试块(参考试块)上的矩形槽来确定未焊透的参考基准;经理论分析与实际验证采用了小晶片、大K值、短前沿、曲率与被探炉管相同或相近的探头。最后用射线探伤方法对超声波探伤进行了验证。
According to the references of domastic and foreign standerds and informations, combining the two somple CSK- I A and CSK-II A of JB 1152-81 into one block, the S sample(a standerd block) are designed. At the same time, the main detection mathod for the lock of pene-tration of root pass are made based on the specific conditions of ultra-sonic detection for the butt welding beams of small diameter furnace pipe. The method is to use the rectangle slot on the R sample as the reference base for determinating the lock of penetration beam. Through the theoritical analysis and practice, the author consider that the detecting head should be small chip, large Kvalue, short front edge and same as or simulor with the curvature of the detected furnace pipe.
