- 作者针对由常用的洛阳厂黄河牌425~#普通硅酸盐水泥配制的砂浆和混凝土,选用国内产量较多的FFT、UNF、FDN、木钙、FDN-S、MF减水剂进行了-系列试验,发现不同的减水剂对水泥砂浆和混凝土的凝结时间、流动度(坍落度)、减水率、减水泥率及强度的影响不同。试验表明,在200~#和300~#混凝土构件生产中推广应用木钙、FFT、FDN、UNF高效减水剂,当掺量为水泥用量的0.25~0.5%时,有较明显的技术经济效益。
A series of tests. for m ortar and concrete com pounded w ith 425"Yellow River" silicate cement produced in Luoyang city are carried out by adopting w ater reducing agent FFT,UNF,FDN calcium lignosul-phonate FDN-S and MF。The tests include the influences of kinds water reducing agent on the setting time of cement mortar and con-crete, fluidity (slum p), ratio of water-reducing, ratio of cement-reducing and strength.T he results show that it has m ore obvious technical andeconom ical benifits by using calcium lignosulphonate FFT,FDN,UNFhigh efficient water reducing when their contents are 0.25-0.5% of ce-ment during producing 200tt,3000 concrete structural products.1988,2(2): 27-31 收稿日期:1987-9-24
