管道水压试验的新概念

- 油气输送管道现场水压试验,以往都使管材的环向应力低于给定的最小屈服应力(SMYS),近些年某些国家和公司则允许并推荐现场水压试验压力使管材实际上发生屈服,认为屈服试压可提高管线的承载能力和管线强度的安全储备,这项措施的经济效益是巨大的。本文对屈服试压的依据、方法、效果等作了介绍和论述。
As a rule,the pipe circum ferencial stress is less than-the given SMYS in the hydraulic test for oil and gas pipeline in situ,in recent years some countries and companies allow the pipe to reach actual yield point during hydraulic test in situ.It is considered that the yield pressure test can increase the loading capacity and sa仁e storing strength of the pipeline.Such technical measure has achieved out great econo-mical benifits, In this article som a principle,methods and effect of pipe-line yield pressure test are introduced and discussed.1988,2(2): 10-13 收稿日期:1987-4-22参考文献:
