- 石油-公司在武汉石油化工厂1万m3内浮顶油罐的施工中,总结了国内同行的经验,大胆尝试了水浮正装罐壁,然后在浮顶上设临时胎具,组装焊接拱顶的施工工艺。实践证明,该工艺施工方法简单,劳动强度低,安全可靠、施工质量容易保证,交叉作业容易,总的施工工期短。
In the construction of 10000m~3 covered floating roof oil tank in Wuhan Petro-chemical Plant, summing up other company's experiences, the First Construction Co. of COGC has made a bold innovation to install the tank walls upwards with water floating method and then set the tempora- ry die blocks on the floating roof for the arch roof assemblying and welding. The practise shows that such process has the advantages of easy installation, low labour force consumption.
