- 本文首先对电阻丝带熔焊和热风焊接作了系统分析,进而提出以电阻丝带熔焊作为连接强度保证,以聚乙烯(PE)焊条和热风焊提高连接密封性的实用补口焊接技术。该方法设备简单、成本低廉,灵活方便。
In this article, the author first gives the systematic analysis of resistance wire-belt fusion weld- ing and hot air welding, and then raises a pratical welding technology for jionts coating which can guarantee the bonding strength by applying the resistance wire-belt and ean increase the sealing property of the joints by using the PE electrode and hot air welding. This method has the advan- tage of less equipment requirements, low cost and more flexibility.1989,2(2): 8-11,2 收稿日期：1988-7-5作者简介：作者生于1945年，1967年毕业于复旦大学电化学专业。1984年至1985年底在美国俄亥俄州立大学方坦纳腐蚀研究中心进修，现任华东拾油管理局科研设计所高级工程师。近年在国内外许多重要刊物，包括美国的Cor-rosion和Materials Performance等刊物上，发表过20多篇论文.其中一篇收入1987年国际第八届计算机化学会议论文集，两篇被中国腐蚀与防护学会“优秀科普作品奖和优秀论文奖。
