- 近几年,随着散装水泥用量的逐年增加,各地散装水泥钢筒仓储罐也相应不断涌现和增多。仅1980年以来,我公司在大庆地区相继制作和安装了10台立式高位钢筒仓水泥储罐。在设计人员配合下,筒仓罐体施工中,我们采用单体预制、分片组对、立中心桅杆倒装起吊方法;筒仓锥形底采用无滚轧冷拉成型法施工。经投产使用验证,筒仓性能和质量均达到设计要求,被评为全优工程,并荣获齐齐哈尔市科委优秀施工方案奖。
According to the practice of installation and construction for the steel store trum of loose cement in recent years, the author sums up his experinces in this article. Compared with the segmental prefabrica-tion rolling form process, the unrolling cold draw form process for conical ground plates of steel store drum has the advantages of saving manpower, materials and making the construction easy.
