异氰脲酸酯保温材料及其防老化

- 异氰脲酸酯作为-种新型的保温材料已替代聚氨酯用于重油罐的保温。本文除介绍该保温材料喷涂发泡的环境、条件以及保温层的修补、保温效果等外,还着重探讨了该保温材料的防老化问题。浙江镇海石油化工总厂研制的ABC高温涂料,具有很强的粘结力,能形成坚固的硬壳层,使异氰脲酸酯的表面强度提高3～5倍,而且氧指数相当高,阻燃性很好。与银粉漆相比,喷涂单位面积的价格相等,但寿命却是银粉漆的几十倍。ABC高温涂料是异氰脲酸酯防老化的理想涂料。
Isocyanate urea foam is a new thermal insulation material used instead of polyurethane for the crude oil tank.Besides the enviroment and condition in foam spraying, the insulation layer repairing and thermal insulation efficiency etc，are introduced, the age prevention of such mat-erial is mainly discussed in this article.The ABC high temperature coating developed by the Chief Petroleum Chemica!Plant of Zhenghai county in Zhejiang province has so high bonding strengm to the iso-cyanate urea foam and farm a solid steel!that the surface。rengthcan increase 3-5 times .And its oxygen index gives the materials good flame-retardant property.The cost for spraying such material is equal to that of silver powder .but its service life is 10 times over the silver powder coating.The ABS high temperature coating are the desi-able material for age prevention of isocyanate urea foam.1988,1(1): 19-22 收稿日期：1987-6-20
