大型贮罐装配式环墙基础

- 通过对大型贮罐基础环墙侧压力的实测和调查分析,发现环墙的侧压力很小,目前采用的环拉力公式计算值偏大,也没有考虑温度和收缩的影响。我们认为影响环墙内力、出现环墙裂缝的原因虽然很复杂,但主要是温度和收缩变形,如配筋不适当,就会导致环墙出现竖向裂缝。为此,在实测调查的基础上,大胆地改革了环墙的结构,将现浇连续式改为预制装配式,从根本上解决了环墙的温度和收缩变形引起的裂缝,目前已在大型贮罐基础中采用,经过生产使用实践的考验,证明效果是很好的。采用这种结构不仅可以加快工程的进度,节约模板与钢材,还可使环墙结构更加合理。在上述基础上提出的环墙侧压力、环拉力和温度收缩应力的计算公式,可供工程设计中采用。
Through pratical measurement and investigation on the side pressure of ring wall of large tank foundation, the side pressure is very low. At present the calculated result of ring tensile force by formula is much higher, and furthermore, the influences of temperature and contraction are not considered. In our opinion, even though the factors influencing the inner force of ring wall and leading the vertical crack are very complex the main reason leading vertical crack of ring wall is the deformation caused by temperature and contraction, besids the arrangement of reinforcing steels are not so proper. So we reform the ring wall structure, that is, adopt the prefabricated method instead of the continuous casting method in situ and eliminate the deformation crack caused by the temperature and contraction completely. Now such method is being adopted in the design and construction of large storage tank. Good result has been achieved in pratical construction. By using this process not only the construction speed can be raised and the form panels and the steel plates are saved, but also the ring wall structure are more reasonable. On this base, the formula used for calculating the side pressure of ring wall, ring tensile and temperature contraction stress is established for engineering design.1988,1(1): 9-19 收稿日期:1987-6-8参考文献:
