- 泵送混凝土是近年来推广应用的一项新的施工技术,当施工应用的混凝土量较大或输送距离较远和提升较高时,混凝土泵可以把现浇混凝土从装料地点直接送到浇灌地点入模,大大提高了施工效率,保证了混凝土浇灌质量,阿时能做到文明施工,本文结合实际应用,对混凝土泵的选型、输送管道的布置、泵送混凝土的材料及特性、施工张作,防止堵管等注意事项进行了总结。
The technology of concrete pumping is a new construction way which is widely spreaded in recent years. When large amount of concrete is pumped for long distance or great height, the con- crete pump can transfer the concrete directly to the casting site and pour it into the mould, thus greatly increases the construction efficency and the casting quality. The construction work can also be kept in good order.
