- 单面焊双面成形的柔性垫具有工艺简单、造价低廉,可用于多种结构形式的焊件等优点。但在我国应用还不广泛,特别是用于酸性焊条的陶质柔性垫尚未见报导。本文简述了国外多种形式的柔性垫:陶质柔性垫的主要组成,制作要点及在不同焊接工艺中影响焊接质量的诸问题:通过试验证明自制的陶质柔性垫、只要采用适当的制造工艺及措施,陶质柔性垫可用于酸性焊条的焊接。
The flexible blocks for single side welding and both sides forming have the advantages of sim- ple process, low operation cost and suitable for varioud structure shaps etc. but now its scope of use in China is not so wide, especially for the ceramic flexible blocks of acid electrodes there is not yet any report.
