油罐自动焊焊缝常见缺陷产生原因及防治

摘要:: 在油罐的施工中,采用自动焊机可以提高焊缝质量和焊接速度。但在施工中容易造成焊缝缺陷,特别是立焊缝和横焊缝更易出现。本文通过实际施工中出现的焊缝缺陷进行了分析,找出了产生缺陷的原因及其防治办法。
The weld quality and welding rate can be increased by applying automatic welding in oil tank building. But a lot of defects would occur in the vertical and transverse seams. The analysis for the seam defects occured in practical operation, the reasons causing the defects and its prevention are discovered and described in this article.

作者简介：作者生于1939年，1963年毕业于天津大学机械制造系焊接工艺及设备专业。毕业后一直从事焊接新工艺的推广应用及管道施工新工艺的引进及开发工作。现任中国石油天然气总公司管道局第二工程公司副总工程师。
