- 中原油田引进美国库伯公司的休波瑞尔12SGT/SW64压缩机机组7台。要求基础有良好的吸振性,机组底座与基础要胶结牢固。设备就位找正后,通常采用普通水泥砂浆灌浆,但这种工艺有很多缺陷。采用环氧水泥砂浆灌浆工艺,效果很好,经7台机组满负荷运转总计18000h及冬、夏季节温差变化的考验,基础灌浆部分无变形、无裂纹。文章介绍了环氧水泥砂浆的特点、施工工艺及配方的确定。
Formerly, grouting with ordinary cement mortar was usually used after positioning and ad-justing the axial line of compressor. But this processing has many disadvantages. Therefore the process of epoxy cement mortar is now adopted and good effects in non-deformation and noncracking flaw on foundation are resulted.
