炼塔检修中原位更换塔段的施工

摘要:: 为了在检修期更换催化裂化装置的分馏塔中间一节弯曲段塔体,同时为了提高塔底标高,由一段新的塔体封头和裙座段的组合体替换一段原塔段。经必要的强度和稳定性计算,制定了附着式高位重心吊装、更换方案。两段塔体均一次更换成功,保证了工程质量。
In order to replace a bending section of the fractionating tower in catalytical cracking unit and to raise the height of the tower bottom by using a combined section that is, a tower bottom cover and its supporting skirt to replace the old bottom section, a plan of suspending installation with attached high center of gravity was worked out after the neccessary calculation of strength and stability. Keplacing of those two sections of the tower was succeeded in the first practice with engineering quality guaranteed.
