- 在球罐焊缝质量检验中,使用γ射线探伤是一种效率较高的检测方法,与通常的X射线拍片相比,可节约大量的人力和时间,且探伤灵敏度完全满足GB3323-87标准的要求,径向裂纹检出率高。本文从lr192射线探伤的特点、曝光时间的计算、球罐探伤操作技术、现场防护及经济效益等方面系统地介绍了γ射线全景曝光技术在球罐检测中的应用。
Use y-ray for detection is one relatively efficient check method in quality check upon welding seam of spherical tank. Camparing with the way by general X一ray photo, it can save a large amount of labour work and time, and its response totally satisfys the requirements of the standardof GB3323-87. Besides, its rate of checked radial cracking flaw is higher than of X一ray photo. In several aspects, that is, the features of 1r 192 ray detection, the calculation of exposure time, the detective operation technology of spherical tank, the protection of construction site and the economical effect, etc, this paper introduces systematically. the application of y一ray panoramic exposure technology in detection of spherical tank.1990,3(3): 33-38 收稿日期:1989-6-8参考文献:
