存放4年的低氢碱性焊条能否用于大型球罐焊接

- 焊条长期存放会引起药皮变潮,导致工艺性变坏,冷裂倾向增大,机械性能降低。经对存放4年的焊条进行了大量的复验工作,4种焊条的外观和工艺性抽检结果,其扩散氢含量符合国际规定;扦销试验和铁研试验结果表明焊条的临界预热温度符合规定;-40℃冲击功平均值大于73J,180个试件单值均大于5.1 J;焊缝金属的化学成分和机械性能均合格;研究了焊条烘干与冷裂的关系,指出焊条烘干是关键。
Welding rod stored for long time can cause its water content in coating to be increased,manufacturability to be bad, cold cracking tendency to be large and mechanical performance to be decreased. A lot of quality check for welding rods stroed for 4 years have been done. The result shows that apperance of four types of those ones is good, their sampling check for manufacturability is qualified,diffusible hydregen content is qualified to government specifications, the critical preheat temperature meets.the request of specifications after split type crack test and implant test, mean value of impulsing work at -40 degree centigrade is greater than 73),single value of 180 specimens is all larger than 5.1 J and chemical comtents and mechanical performents of welding seam are qualified as we11.It works out that oven drying is key point after studying the relation between oven drying of welding rod and cold crack of welding scam.1990,3(3): 1-6 收稿日期:1989-11-18作者简介:作者生于 1931年,1953年毕业于大连工学院,1956年于清华大学焊接专业研究生毕业。长期从事焊接冶金和材料焊接方面的研究和教学工作。现任副教授。先后在《清华学报》、《焊接学报》等期刊和全国焊接学术会议上发表论文30余篇,并多次在IIW等国际学术会议上发表论文。参加研究的“六五”攻关项目“低合金钢焊接工艺、材料、焊接性研究”获冶金部科技进步一等奖。参考文献:
