输油(气)管线钢及其环焊接头韧性的研究

- 为了使两种X60级管材在油气管线上得到实际应用,对这两种管线钢及环焊接头的各种韧性进行了较系统的研究。认为X60管材及其热影响区中的韧性较高。WX60焊缝有较好的启裂抗力和止裂能力。WX60与SGH-1型焊条环接头焊缝具有细小均匀的先共析铁素体和针状铁素体,可用于管线的生产和施工。
In order to use practically two kinds of X60 pipe materials in oil&gas pipeline engineering, a systematical research on the toughness of those two pipeline steels and their ring-welded jionts has been done. The results show that toughness of X60 material and its toughness in heat affected zone are quite good. WX60 welding seam has quite good resistant ability of crack initiation and ability of crack arrest. WX60 circular welding seams on jionts with the SGH-1 type of welding bar have fine homogeneous early eutectiod ferrite and needle shaped ferrite.
