油罐防震设计中考虑提离因素影响的方法

- 提离现象严重影响储油罐的安全,必须在防震设计中予以考虑。文中在半理论半经验公式的基础上提出了一种简便实用的计算方法,并提出了提离影响系数的概念。该计算方法公式简捷,便于已熟悉了《工业设楞抗震鉴定标准(1979)》的工程技术人员使用。
The lifting fact is seriously imperilling the security of an oil storage. tank. It should he considered in the anti-seismic design. This report shower a simple and useful calculating method upon semi-experimental expression and showes a new concept of the lift off coefficient.
