- 进入80年代以来,我国的钢管内涂层工艺技术有了很大发展。但从涂层质量的综合效果来看,目前对钢管内涂层工艺技术设计的理解深度和考虑因素与国外先进技术相比还存在较大差距。主要反映在对涂层材料、涂层结构、表面处理工艺、热固化工艺等设计的理解深度和重视程度上。本文针对这些问题作了论述。
Inner coating process of steel pipe has been greatly developed in China since the beginning of 1980's.From a point of view of,however,comprehensive effect in coating quality,we are quite backward to those superior techmologies abroad in aspects of understanding depth and consideration of inner coating process design.Those mainly reside in understanding depth of and attention level to the coating material,coating structure design,surface cleaning process and heating drying process.This article involves those problems mentioned above.1992,6(6): 18-22 收稿日期:1992-5-21参考文献:
