球罐错边超标补焊及磨修的应力分析

- 本文采用轴对称八节点等参元程序,对工程球罐焊缝错边的超标缺陷进行了11个方案的有限元应力分析,并推导球罐超标错边补焊区的应力解析解。对不同错边量、壁厚、补焊长度进行的有限元分析表明,在应力集中系数小于25时,解析解和有限元分析结果吻合。通过大量的解析解计算结果,得出对应力集中有影响的各参数之问的关系。
The finite element analysis has been done with eleven cases on the off limits defects of welding seam misplacement in spherical tank by means of eight-node axisymmetry isoparametric element' program,and the stress analysis solution of the repair area of off limits offset in spherical tank can be deduced through the finite element analysis on differdent seam misplacement,wall thickness,welding repairing length.Its result shows that the analysis solution is consistent with the finite element solution when the stress concentration coefficient is less than 2.5.The relations among parameters which could influence srtess concentrations can be gained from results of enormous calculations of analysys solution.1992,6(6): 10-14 收稿日期:1992-1-27参考文献:
