工卡具等焊迹点对球罐的危害及其克服

- 通过对18台球罐检修数据的统计与分析,发现工卡具等焊迹点处产生缺陷的几率很高,且缺陷中危害性大的表面裂纹比例很大。本文介绍了工卡具等焊迹点缺陷形成的原因、安全性分析及焊迹的处理方法。
Through data statisties and analysis of repairing 18 sets of spherical tanks,the result showsthat defect probability at equidistance welding points of fixture is very high.In addition,the ratio ofvery harmful surface cracking to other defect is high as we1l.This paper introduces the defectcauses by the equidistance welding points of fixture tools,safty analysis and treatment for the weld-ing points.1993,4(4): 25-27 收稿日期：1993-3-7
