- 裂解反应器炉管是乙烯装置中的重要设备部件。本文根据辐射段炉管需经受压力、腐蚀及在850~1050℃高温下长期工作的条件,从炉管材质的选择、焊接性能及焊接工艺等方面进行分析、试验,证明选用ZG4Cr25Ni35WNb高温合金作为辐射段炉管材质是适宜的。
The furnace pipe in cracking reactor is an important part of ethylene unit. Bastd on the working condition of furnace pipe in radiation section, that is, pressure,corrosion and 850~1050℃ high temperature with long working time, and through analysis and test of welding properties and welding process of the furnace pipe material,this paper proves that the choice of ZG4Cr25Ni35WNb high temperature alloy as the furnace pipe material in radiation section is proper.1993,4(4): 22-24 收稿日期:1993-1-19参考文献:
