摘要:: 本文详细地论述了燕化公司某厂200m~3液氨球罐的开罐检验、缺陷分析及缺陷修复等工作情况。针对球罐的主要缺陷,进行了断裂力学安全评估,从而为该罐的安全使用,寻找出理论依据。
This article detailedly talks about the woiking circumstances of 200 m3liquid ammonia spheri-cal tanks in a certain factory of Yan Shan Petrochemical Corp.Such as examination }'by openingthe tank,defectstanks,the safetylion for safe useanalysis,defects repair etc. In order to eliminate the main deffects of sphericalevaluation of fractuxemechanics has been made.Therefore the theoretical founda-of the spherical tank has been found out.
