- 几种抗裂性试验和焊接性能试验表明,进口LT50钢的抗裂性能和焊接性能良好。如采用较小线能量焊接并进行焊道回火,即使球罐的壁厚达42~50mm,焊后也无需再进行整体消除残余应力热处理。
Pointing to disadvantages in short construction period, large amount of works and narrow spot field during revamping of mode-IV catalylic cracking unit, some special methods, such as removing the old unit section by section and reasonable arrangement of work period and labour, were adopted.
