LT50钢的抗裂性试验和焊接性能试验

摘要:: 几种抗裂性试验和焊接性能试验表明,进口LT50钢的抗裂性能和焊接性能良好。如采用较小线能量焊接并进行焊道回火,即使球罐的壁厚达42～50mm,焊后也无需再进行整体消除残余应力热处理。
Pointing to disadvantages in short construction period, large amount of works and narrow spot field during revamping of mode-IV catalylic cracking unit, some special methods, such as removing the old unit section by section and reasonable arrangement of work period and labour, were adopted. So that this revamping experience provides a good reference to maintenance and re- newal of other similar units.
