- 复合钢板塔器较单一钢板塔器的制造技术要求高、难度大。复合钢板由基层和复合层两种材料复合而成,给制造带来一些困难。本文介绍了复合钢板塔器的制造技术,主要内容包括材料的成份和性能、焊材选择、板材加工、脱层修补以及如何防止复层损坏等。
As constrasted with tower unit made of single steel plate, complex steel plate tower needs high technology and is more difficult to be manufactured. The complex plate consists of base layer and complex layer. So it causes some difficulties when manufactured. This article introduces manufac- ture tecnology of the tower unit, ingredient and property of material, selecting welding materials, processing the plates, patching delamination and protecting the complex layer from being dam- aged, etc.1992,1(1): 18-22 收稿日期：1991-6-20
