- 在塔里木油田年产能100万 t 建设工程和轮南至库尔勒输油管线工程这两项重点工程施工全过程中,通过试行探索适合企业内部推行的建设监理模式,取得了较好的技术经济效益。试行情况可以概括总结为“试行两种模式,制订五项目标,坚持十项制度,实现四个有效控制”。
The model of construction supervision and management has first carried ont in two important projects of 1,000,000 t oil energy and Lunnan-Kulne pipeline in Tarim oilfield.the model can be summaried as“excuting two models,working out five goals,insisting ten institutions and realizing four effective controls”.As a result,it gains relative good ecnomic efficiency.1993,1(1): 44-46 收稿日期：1992-9-7
