- 本文以具有隐蔽性微裂纹的-台缓冲罐为例,介绍停产检修时对在役压力容器进行检测的实际经验,对采用磁粉探伤未能奏效和渗透探伤查出缺陷的原因进行对比分析,并对隐蔽性缺陷的渗透探伤的操作、探伤液的特性与选用等进行了总结。
By taking the example of detecting micro- cracks on a buffer tank, the practical experiences in detecting in- service pressure vessels are introduced in this paper. The cause for which the magntic nux test is ineffective and the cause for the defects detected using the liquid penetration inspection method are compared and analyzed.
