- 本文针对大型设备吊装中的平衡问题提出不均衡系数K值进行分析和讨论,阐述吊推法吊装细高件的钢丝绳受力计算和滑车组穿方法,探讨滑移法抬吊作业的平衡控制和指挥,分析高重心吊装作业的整体平衡,简单总结大型设备吊装施工的发展方向。
In this paper, a nonequilibrium factor K is analyzed and discussed to solve the problem in equilibrium during hoisting and installing large equipments. It expounds the ways to calculate the forces imposed on the wire rope and ways to connect trolleys when hoist and install tall, small-diameter elements using "hoisting-towing" method. It also expounds the equilibrium control and commanding methods when making "hoisting- lifting" operation using sliding method. It analyzes the equilibrium of whole assembly during hoisting operation with higher center of gravity.
