- 新疆独山子14万t／a乙烯工程乙二醇装置环氧乙烷反应器是由西班牙引进的成套装置中的氧化反应设备。由于受国内铁路运输条件限制，由制造厂家分三段供货，在乙二醇装置现场组装焊接。此类反应器分段供货现场组焊在国内尚属首例，已于1994年5月完成组装焊接，经射线检测焊接-次合格率达100％。本文从试板焊接、自动焊机调试、热处理、无损检测等方面介绍了现场焊接施工方法。
The epoxy ethane reactor for Dushanzi 140, 000 t/a ethene project in Xinjiang Autonomous Region was imported from Spain. Due to the limitations imposed by railway transportation,the reactor was supplied in three sections and assembled and welded on site. It is the first case in our country to transport this kind of reactor in sections, and assemble and weld on site. The reactor was successfully assembled and welded in May 1994. It is shown by ray inspection that all the welds are up to standards. This paper introduces the construction method of the reactor from the aspects such as the welding of test plates, the debugging of the automatic welding machines, heat treatment and nondestructive testing.1995,6(6): 19-23 收稿日期：1995-7-7分类号：TG44
