- 本文通过对新疆独山子乙烯工程、大庆乙烯工程的乙烯裂解炉耐火衬里施工中越冬防冻保护不同做法的分析以及对国内外矾土水泥性能的研究,探讨乙烯裂解炉耐火衬里防冻保护的必要性和不同养护温度的技术经济效果,介绍了国产矾土水泥浇注料不加防冻保护的工程实例,并希望与同行继续探讨。
By analyzing the different methods used in protecting the refractory lining of ethylene crack-ing furnaces in Du Shanzi, ethylene project, Xinjiang, and Daqing ethylene project, and by re-searching the properties of alumina cement, the need of protecting the lining from freezing and the technical and economical effects under different conditions and curing temperatures are discussed.It also introduces project examples on home made casting mixtures of cement which were not pro-tected from freezing.1994,6(6): 32-36 收稿日期：1994-7-20分类号：TQ205
