- 本文介绍了一汽15万辆大众轿车涂装生产线电泳装置部分大型贮槽的结构设计特点及采用“框架整体成型后再组装壁板”的制造工艺,采用这种工艺减少了场地占用面积和工装投入,改善了施工条件,使长37.28m、质量37.67t的贮槽制造取得成功,受到厂方及外国专家的高度赞誉,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为大型钢结构贮槽的施工积累了经验。
This paper introduces the structural design features of large storage chute for theelectrophoretic apparatus on the application line of 150,000 Volkswagen cars in First Cars Manu-facturing Factory. It adopts the technology of "assembling wall plates after forming framesintegrally". By taking this method, the working space and the amount of equipments used are re-duced, the working conditions are also improved. A 37.28m long, weighing 37.67 tons storagechute was manufactured successfully and won high praises from the factory side and foreign ex-perts, meanwhile good social and economical efficiencies are gained.
