- 水力冲填筑坝工艺,即利用高压水流在土场造泥浆,并用泥浆泵将泥浆(土料)输送到坝面畦内(或使泥浆自流到坝面畦内),经脱水固结成坝。胜利油田黄河三角洲地区自1985年以来已在四项水利工程上利用该方法修筑围坝,累计完成冲填土方350万m3,水库围坝26.1Km,其中库容最大的弧北水库围坝全长15.6km,库区面积12km2,最大坝高5.6m。本文介绍水力冲填筑坝施工工艺,探讨脱水固结特点,列举工程实例和数据资料,对该施工方法进行全面总结和报道。
The "Water Force Filling" technology is to use the high pressure water stream in mixing mudon soil storage site, and to use mud pumps to transport the mud into the dam's beds. Therefore, aconsolidated dam is formed after dewatering. Since 1985, four dams have been built by using thismethod in Shengli Oil Field, Huanghe River Delta area, and totally 3,SOO,OOOm3soil was filled,26.1km long surrounding dams were built. Among them the Hubei Reservoir is the largest in hold-ing capacity, its surrounding dam is 15.6km long, and its area is 12km2, the highest part of the damarround the reservoir is 5.6m. This paper introduces the construction technology of the water forcefilling method, probes into the feature of consolidation by dewatering.
