- 本文报道利用声电匹配和聚焦声透镜技术开发的科技新成果,为这种高灵敏度、高分辨率空气超声传感器研究设计的单片机信号采集、处理、控制软件硬件系统和纠偏执行机构,使对于TIG焊、CO2气体保护焊和埋弧焊焊缝的扫描式、固定式超声传感二维自动跟踪首次实现,跟踪精度在横纵向均达到0.5mm。
This paper describes a scientific achievement developed by using the technique ofacoustic-electric matching and focusing acoustic lenses. With signal sampling and process control-ling software.and hardware systems and error correction mechanism, and designed together withhigh sensitivity and high resolution of an ultrasonic sensor, the monolith computer makes thetwo-dimensional ultrasonic sensing of seam tracking with the form of scanning and fixing to befirst used in TIG welding, C02welding and submerged arc welding.
