在国际承包工程中如何适应工程监理制

摘要:: 工程监理制是国际承包工程中普遍采用的施工管理方法。本文以科威特艾哈麦迪炼油厂修复检修工程为例，通过对监理公司的职能权限、监理人员的必备条件、监理公司与业主和承包商之间的关系以及如何处理承包商与监理公司的关系等方面进行总结，指出我国施工企业要在国际市场上求得生存和发展，必须建立自己的工程监理队伍。
The engineering supervision system is an universally adopted managing method in contracting international projects. Based on the example of overhauling a refinery in Kuwait, and by summa-rizing the authority of supervision company, the essential conditions a supervisor must have, the relationship among the supervison company, proprietor and contractor, and how to deal with the relationship between the contractor and supervision company. It points out that we must establish our engineering supervision team to make our construction enterprises exist and develop in the in-ternational market.
