- 针对目前珍珠岩保温制品普遍存在的密度大、强度低、吸水率高等问题,分析了颗粒级配、粘结料和防水剂掺量对膨胀珍珠岩制品性能的影响,提出了新型防水珍珠岩制品的配方和工艺。试验结果及工程应用表明,这种新型防水珍珠岩制品不吸湿,无污染,强度高、保温效果好,节能效益显著。
In this paper, the authors analyze the existing problems in the common thermal insulation products of pearlite which are of large density, low strength and high water absorption rate. This paper also analyzes the effects of the particle grade, bonding materials, and the amount of water resistant,agent on the properties of expanded pearlite products. The formalation and technology of a new kind of pearlite product is also proposed. After testing and application in projects, it is shown that this new type of product does not absorb water and does not pollute enviornment.
