- 采用吊盖吊装大质量静置设备时,除了对吊盖本体强度进行核算外,还需对吊盖的双头联接螺栓进行核算。本文以某工程反应器吊装时吊盖联接螺栓的核算为例,对卧态和垂直状态两种情况下螺栓的受力进行分析计算,给出了预紧力的三种选择方法及螺栓在加载前的预紧力控制值,指出了螺栓预紧时应注意的问题。
In hoisting stationary heavy equipments using hoisting cover, both the strength of the hoisting cover and the connecting double-screw bolts have to be checked. By taking an example of checking the strength of the connecting bolts of a hoisting cover in hoisting a reactor, an analytic calculation is made to the bolts subjected to force in both the horizontal and vertical states It also describes three types of pre-screwing force selecting methods and the controlled value of pre-screwing force of the bolts before loading to make safty check.
