- A333Gr3(简称3.5Ni)钢,广泛用于乙烯装置-46~-100℃的低温管线中,A333Gr3钢焊接的关键是保证接头的低温韧性。目前国内较成功的经验是焊前预热100~150℃,线能量控制在11~14kJ/cm的范围内,焊后进行550~600℃的热处理。本文通过中原14万t乙烯工程A333Gr3管的焊接,介绍了不经预热和焊后热处理而达到要求的低温钢焊接技术。
A333Gr3, called 3. 5Ni, has been extensively used on the low temperature pipelines of -46℃ to-100℃ on ethylene units. The key to weld the A333Gr3 steel is to assure the low temperature toughness of joints. At present, the more successful experience gained in our country is to preheat to 100℃ to 150℃ and to control the linear energy within the range of 11~14KJ/cm, and to post temper to 50℃ to 600℃. By taking the example of welding the A333Gr3 steel pipes on the 140, 000 tones ethylene unit in Zhong Yuan Oil Field, this paper introduces the welding technology which fulfils the requirements for weld joints without preheating and post tempering.1995,4(4): 47-49 收稿日期:1995-1-17分类号:TG44
