- 笔者参加了新加坡美孚(Mobil)炼油厂芳烃联合装置的施工，该工程依据ASME标准以及美事工程指导(MobilEngineeringGuide)施工。本文从QC管理的地位和作用、人员的资格和配备、QC管理内容和质量要求等方面介绍了新加坡美事炼油厂的QC管理经验，并归纳出四大特点：权威性、严格性、严密性、先进性。
The author has taken part in the project of an aromatic hydrocarbon complex of Mobil Re-finery in Singapore. This project was constructed according to ASME Code and Mobil Engi-neering Guide.
