- 喷涂焊接法是管道内防腐补口的新途径,将耐腐蚀、耐高温的合金粉末喷涂在管口焊接热影响区内壁作内防腐层,管内壁其余部分仍喷涂防腐涂料,对接时用耐腐蚀材质焊材氢弧焊打底焊接,这样在管道接口处内壁便获得由合金涂层、耐腐蚀焊缝与防腐涂料涂层形成的连续、封闭的防腐层,有效地解决了管道内防腐补口的技术难题。
The spraying welding technique is a new way to coat the internal welding seams. Alloy powder of corrosion prevention and of high temperature resistance is sprayed on the heat affected zones near the pipe ends, while the rest parts of pipe wall are still coated with corrosion prevention coatings. Thereafter, using the argon arc welding technique, backing welds are made with anticorrosive electrodes or wires. Therefore a continuous sealing coating is formed on the internal wall of the pipes.
