- 石化工业生产工艺过程具有高温、高压、易燃、易爆、深冷、腐蚀的特点,对焊接技术提出了多钢种、多工艺、高质量、严管理的要求。本文综述我国石化工程建设中关键设备和特种材料的焊接技术、工艺方法及相应的软技术成果,展望了该领域焊接技术的发展前景。
The production process of the petro-chemical industry is characterized by high pressure, hightemperature, flamability, explosivity, deep cooling and corrosion. Therefore, multi-type of steels,various technologies, high quality and strict management are required in the welding technique of the petro-chemical engineering construction. The authors summarize some achievements in weld-ing techniques, technological methods, and corresponding soft technique management of impor-tant equipments and special materials in the petro-chemical industry in our country.
