- 本文报道了管道局第三工程公司在突尼斯环城管线的施工管理经验，从管理目标、施工组织和现场管理方面进行了介绍。该项工程的工期、质量均达到了业主的要求。施工中的一些做法可供国内管道工程施工管理借鉴。
This paper reports the construction and management experience of Tunisian round-the-citypipeline project which was constructed by the Third Engineering Company of the Pipeline Bureau, in-eluding management targets, construction organization and in一site management. The project wascompleted on time and the project quality has met the proprietor’s requirements.
