- 本文介绍了煤焦油瓷漆的性能及管道外防腐作业线的工艺流程，包括上管、传动、抛丸除锈、涂底漆、瓷漆加热、瓷漆浇涂、水冷定型等工艺。经89km新疆轮库复线工程D508mm钢管煤焦油瓷漆防腐涂装实际应用证明，该作业线运转正常，操作简便，各项指标均达到了设计要求。
This paper introduces the performances of coal tar enamel coating and the technological process forexternal coating production line, including pipe rising, pipe driving, blasting cleaning, primercoating, coal tar preheating, casting, water cooling etc. It has been proven by the field applications of coal tar enamel coating for 89 km D508 pipeline for the Lunnan一Korla oil transmission double pipelineproject.
