- 本文报道我国首例9Ni钢制大型乙烯低温储罐安装焊接技术成果。针对9Ni钢焊缝易产生冷热裂纹、低温韧性下降和焊接电弧磁偏吹三个技术难题进行-系列工艺评定试验通过采用低碳型镍合金焊条、控制焊接线能量和冷却速度、选用具有较高空载电压的交流弧焊电源以及严格考核选拔焊工、加强焊接质量检验和施工现场管理使低温储罐焊缝检验的-次合格率达到99.38%从而顺利投入运行。
This paper reports the welding technique for the first 10000m39Ni steel low-temperature ethylene large scale storage lank build in China.in the light light of the seam 9Ni steel may cause welding cracks. Toughness datecreasing at low-temperature and welding magnetic are blow a serial technique evaluation testing has been conducted by means of using low carbon Ni ;alloy steel welding machine choosing qualified welding workerenhancing welding quality inspections and on-site administrationsas a result the seams qualification rate of the lank reaches 99.38% and it went into operation successfully.1996,5(5): 29-36 收稿日期:1996-5-24分类号:TQ05参考文献:
